Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RobloxVerifieds (robloxverifieds.com), referred to below as "the Service." By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service is an independent, third-party tracker for the public verified-badge state of Roblox accounts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. It uses Roblox's public APIs and Roblox's OAuth 2.0 sign-in flow ("Sign in with Roblox") in accordance with Roblox's developer terms.

2. Eligibility

You may browse the Service without an account. To post in the global Shoutbox you must:

• Sign in with a Roblox account via the official Roblox OAuth flow
• Be the rightful owner of that Roblox account
• Currently hold the Roblox verified badge on that account
• Not be flagged by an admin on this Service, directly or via a linked alt
• Not have opted out of tracking

You must also comply with the Roblox Community Standards at all times.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person
• Post sexual, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
• Post spam, scams, advertising, or links to malware/phishing
• Sell, trade, or solicit accounts, the verified badge, or Roblox premium
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its database, or other users' accounts
• Scrape the Service at a rate that disrupts availability for others
• Use the Service to circumvent moderation on Roblox itself (for example, posting bans you received on Roblox is fine; posting threats against another player is not)

4. User-generated content in the Shoutbox

You retain ownership of any text you post in the Shoutbox. By posting, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store the message in our database and display it on the Service to other users. This licence ends when the message is deleted by you or by an admin.

You are solely responsible for what you post. The Service does not pre-moderate messages but reserves the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice.

5. Flagging, linking and admin discretion

Admins of the Service may:

• Apply public "flags" to tracked accounts for reasons such as selling verification, scamming developers, sexual misconduct, or other misconduct documented in the flag note
• Link two or more accounts together as belonging to the same person ("alts"). Flags on one linked account propagate to all linked accounts by inheritance
• Delete individual Shoutbox messages, soft-delete all messages from a given user, or revoke any active session

Flags are an admin's good-faith record of documented misconduct, but they are not legal judgments. If you believe a flag, link, or moderation action is in error, contact us (see Section 11) and an admin will review.

6. Data accuracy disclaimer

The Service displays data obtained from Roblox's public APIs. We refresh accounts on a rolling 24-hour schedule, so:

• Verified-badge state shown on the Service may be up to 24 hours out of date
• Usernames, display names, avatars, and presence may be stale
• "Verified Users" on the Service means "tracked accounts that currently hold the badge, according to our last check" — not "all Roblox verified users globally"

7. Account opt-out and termination

You can submit an opt-out request at any time. Once an account is opted out, it will not appear in public lists and will not be re-tracked. To reverse an opt-out, contact us.

We may also terminate your access to the Service — including invalidating sessions and removing your Shoutbox messages — at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable Roblox terms.

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantees of uptime, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or shut down the Service or any feature at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of reputation, or actions taken by third parties based on information shown on the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects any change.
