FAQ

An independent, third-party tracker for the public verified-badge state of Roblox accounts. We watch a list of accounts and record when each one gains or loses the verified badge over time. We're not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

A cron job rechecks every tracked account once every 24 hours. The recheck is spread evenly across the hour so we don't hammer Roblox's API. That means the verified status shown for a given user can be up to 24 hours out of date.

For real-time information about an account, always click "Open on Roblox" on their profile page.

Correct. The Verified Users page only lists accounts that are tracked by this service and currently hold the verified badge. Roblox doesn't expose a public list of all verified accounts globally, so there's no way for any third party to enumerate them. Accounts get tracked when someone submits them via Add User or via the admin's bulk import.

Accounts in the Previously Verified list were tracked while they held the verified badge, but the most recent recheck found they no longer hold it. This usually means the user removed verification themselves, but it can also reflect Roblox-side changes.

Admins can attach public "flags" to a tracked account when they have documented evidence of misconduct — for example, selling verification, scamming developers, sexual misconduct, or grooming. A flagged account gets a red outline, a ⚑ corner badge on their card, and appears on the Flagged Users page.

Flags are an admin's good-faith record of misconduct, not a legal judgement. If a flag is in error, contact @.chloe on Discord and it can be removed.

Admins can link multiple Roblox accounts together as belonging to the same person. If one account in a linked group is flagged, all members of the group inherit the flag — the account's profile will show "Flagged via @<username>" pointing at the source account.

If you believe your account has been incorrectly linked to someone else's, contact @.chloe on Discord to have the link removed.

Both happen in our Discord server. To report an account, open a ticket with your evidence. To appeal a flag on your own account, message there with proof — flags added in error are removed promptly.

Use the Add User page. Submit either a Roblox username or numeric user ID. The account must currently hold the verified badge to be added. Once added, it's rechecked every 24 hours along with everyone else.

Use the opt-out page. The recommended option is to sign in once with Roblox — your account is hidden from all public lists instantly. The opt-out is keyed to your numeric Roblox user ID, so it survives username changes.

Opt-out is reversible: sign in with Roblox again any time and you'll see an "Opt back in" button on the same page. Your previously-stored data (history, links, and moderation flags if any) is preserved across opt-out cycles. If you want a full hard-delete of your data (including shoutbox messages and sessions), message @.chloe on Discord instead.

The Shoutbox is a global text chat. Anyone can read it; only currently-verified, non-flagged Roblox accounts can post. You sign in via the official Roblox OAuth flow, which proves to us that you own the account — we never see your password.

Yes. We use Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 flow. You're redirected to roblox.com, where Roblox itself handles the login. We only receive your public user ID, username, display name, and avatar URL — never your password, email, or anything else. We request only the openid and profile scopes, which is the minimum for identifying who you are. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Roblox's presence API returns "Offline" for almost every user unless the request itself is authenticated with a Roblox account. To avoid misleading you with fake "Offline" labels, we display "Unknown" instead. Presence is only fetched when you open an individual user's profile page, never while browsing lists, to avoid hitting rate limits.

Roblox rate-limits avatar requests aggressively. When we hit a rate limit, we show a placeholder for about 60 seconds and try again on the next request. Refreshing should fix it.
